Job DetailsJob Location: Houston, TX 77034Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma/GEDSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: DaysJOB PURPOSE: The Employment Services Case Manager will identify and develop optimal employment opportunities for survivors of domestic violence, while providing support to clients and empowering them to obtain and maintain employment. QualificationsESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal Responsibilities: o Develops employment placements and opportunities for individuals on caseload in a timely manner. o Meets annual job placement quota. o Prepares extensive written benchmark reports by required timelines. o Communicate with Program Manager status of job development for each person on caseload weekly and reach out to same when met with obstacles to meet job placement goal. o Accurate and timely submission of necessary reporting documents to funder for services completed and invoicing.
