Job Title Services Operations Engineer Job Description: The Service Operations Engineer will part of the MR Services Development and Deployment. As a Champion Business Unit for Maintenance, Catalog Management and Digital Insights, you are responsible for developing, launching and maintaining the services proposition portfolio. You will work with the participating business units (IGT-S, CT, DXR, ULS etc.) on executing services roadmap and ensuring timely market deployment. The Service Operations Engineer is a vital link between the Service Architect, Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Process Owners, Commercial IT and other experts. You will focus on translating service blueprints into scalable, efficient service delivery processes aligned with the entire service lifecycle. You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the region, ensuring defining processes, seamless end-to-end deployment and change management for Maintenance and Digital Insights services.
