St. Mary's Catholic High School in Annapolis, MD is seeking a dedicated and organized Learning Center Assistant . The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance and coordinate, facilitate, and support accommodated testing in the SMHS Learning Center. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and strict adherence to confidentiality. Essential Functions: - Assist in coordinating testing appointments and maintaining the Learning Center Google Calendar. - Ensure that teachers are following accommodated testing protocols by providing adequate materials, directions, and cover sheets. - Prepare and organize testing materials in accordance with individual testing requirements and approved accommodations. - Administer and oversee assessments according to strictly prescribed guidelines and standards while ensuring test security before, during, and after testing. - Provide assessment assistance and support to students in accordance with their individualized, official SMHS Academic Accommodation Plans.
