We are establishing a Learning Academy to meet the needs of our growing global business and now have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Lead – Regional to be based in Melbourne or Singapore covering the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of exceptional individuals who are passionate about developing and enhancing our learning and development programs. Key responsibilities: Global execution (APAC remit): Execute global L&D strategy, architecture and program design within the region as part of the Global L&D team, ensuring adoption and alignment to Proxima’s Professional Development Framework Regional scoping and localization: Scope regional learning requirements with regional leaders and input them into the Global L&D team.
