HCM Application Consultant

Job description

The focus for this role will be to manage, support and enhance the DNV HR applications and participate in GSS IT projects related to HR processes ensuring alignment and co-operation with the HR community and the DNV overall system landscape. DNV is utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud platform including different PaaS services and Seertech’s iLearning Plus as a global HR system. There are large opportunities and possibilities to participate both in the operation and initiatives implementing further modules. Main tasks include: -Application analysis and configuration -Alignment with vendor -Communication with users Participate in projects related to our HR applications and IT systems.
