This role partners closely with Store Directors to deliver exceptional guest experiences, achieve financial targets, and build high-performing teams aligned with Event Network’s values and operating standards. This leader will own the business across their region, ensuring consistent execution of key performance drivers including sales, payroll, merchandising, and talent development, while adapting to the unique demands of high-traffic, tourism-driven environments.
