This is a hybrid role. Your responsibilities: Act as first level of HR support & advisory provided via phone call during predefined HR Contact Center service. Responds to routine inquiries from employees relating to general HR processes, policies, practices and systems through phone line and/or ticketing system Processes basic HR and benefits transactions and supports the auditing of information.
