The Engineered Systems Sales Representative is responsible for selling specialized fire alarm and special hazards systems. This role emphasizes increasing sales by developing and maintaining customer relationships within assigned markets. Duties include identifying potential customers, following up on sales leads, and supporting customers with ongoing service needs. Knowledge of NICET-certified Special Hazards and Fire Alarm systems is essential for this position to ensure client needs are met effectively. Education/Qualification: - Establishes and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads, focusing on customers with specific safety needs. - Communicate with customers to understand and identify their product or service needs; recommend appropriate fire safety systems accordingly. - Demonstrate system functions and benefits based on client requirements. - Provide ongoing support through communication and relationship management; addresses post-sale concerns as they arise. - Alert current and past customers about new products,...
