The Security Service Technician is responsible for independently performing service, and maintenance of security systems including intrusion alarms, access control, CCTV, and other low-voltage systems. The technician ensures systems operate properly, meets customer expectations, and supports compliance with applicable codes and standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Independently perform service, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and maintenance of security systems including intrusion alarms, access control, CCTV, and related low-voltage systems. Diagnose system issues and complete corrective actions in a timely and professional manner. Test and verify proper system functionality and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on security and low-voltage systems. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, system layouts, and technical manuals.
