Do you enjoy helping our (potential) members with all their questions via social media and supporting back-office tasks? Then keep reading! Our members can reach us through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and complaint websites. In addition, you will also handle reviews in the App Store and Play Store. Besides interacting with members through social media, you will perform various back-office tasks, such as processing customer data, administrative duties, and supporting other departments when necessary. What exactly will you do as a Customer Support Agent? You will assist anyone who has a question or possibly a complaint through our online channels. In addition, you will ensure behind the scenes that everything is followed up correctly from an administrative perspective. You will have the freedom to come up with out-of-the-box ideas to handle questions and complaints efficiently and in a customer-focused way.
