Pay Range: $29.55 - $44.32 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. The Supervisor-Mission Integration & Spiritual Care will assist, in collaboration with the System Manager of Mission and Spiritual Care, in leading the Market in the areas of Mission and Spiritual Care; promoting spiritual programs and activities that support HSHS mission, core values, Catholic identity, and strategic goals. This position works collaboratively with leaders, colleagues, volunteers, patients/families as HSHS advances its strategic plan toward better health by addressing our human potential, nurturing physician alignment, expanding our site of care transformation and achieving a unified organization.
