Organisation: Leicestershire County Council Work Location: County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8RA Salary: £35,451 - £39,165 per annum (Pro rata for part time) (Pay award pending) Working Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent: Closing Date: 17th May 2026: Interview Date(s): Week Commencing 1st June 2026- Date TBC This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual who has an interest in Sustainable Travel and to work within a large and multi-faceted team to drive forward the council's sustainable travel agenda. This post will play a key role in actively managing subsidised local transport services, will use customer feedback and data analysis to inform decisions and service design, and work closely with transport providers to contribute to the overall delivery and improvement of local public transport provision around the county. The work of the wider team includes the promotion of cycling, walking, car-sharing and public transport, the management of the council’s supported passenger transport network and the council’s extensive Public Rights of Way network.
