Position Number: 22100888 County: Saline Posting End Date: April 13, 2026 Job duties: Run/send monthly statements, bill Medicaid biweekly, submit monthly census reports to MMIS portal, process billing corrections, post payments to accounts in Matrix, reconciles Matrix to bank accounts, establish and maintain LTC Mcd eligibility for all residents, maintain files for each resident, report any income changes to DCO, close working with res families', back up for Res Trust Fund. Preferred Qualifications: EMR experience, preferably MatrixCare Knowledge of long-term care Medicaid processes for eligibility and renewals Knowledge of MMIS portal Reconciliation of reports and accounts The Department of Human Services is a place for people passionate about serving others and changing lives for the better.
