The Avalon of New Albany is recruiting for a hospitality focused Medication Technician to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality-of-Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Certified Medication Technician: - Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent lifestyle of residents. - Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident. - Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resi...
