About the Team This role sits within the global Internal Communications team, a high-impact group focused on engaging and connecting with DoorDash’s most important audience: our employees. We are responsible for leading employee communications centered around our company-wide strategy, business goals, and financial results to ensure employees understand DoorDash’s near- and long-term vision. This team works cross-functionally with key business stakeholders, touching every corner of the organization. About the Role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, this role partners in and owns components of the development and execution of high-priority internal communications across DoorDash. This includes: company-wide announcements, executive messaging, and time-sensitive updates including crisis and reactive communications. This role is ideal for an early-career communications professional (3–5 years experience) who is a strong writer, highly organized, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments.
