Join our Raymond Team as an Accounting Specialist ! The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Accountant to join our Raymond Leasing team. In this role, you will support the development of the financial reporting package and month-end close functions while contributing to the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and reporting requirements for the Corporate Finance group. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting governance and control processes, and ensuring reporting integrity. This position offers hands-on exposure to core accounting functions and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and system enhancements. What You’ll Be Doing: - Perform routine day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounting entries. - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes. - Prepare account reconciliations and ensure balances are accurate and clearly understood. - Prepare journal entries and supporting analyses. - Develop and maintain accounting desk guides to support process documentation and cross-training. - Collaborate with cross-functio...
