The Third Judicial District is accepting applications for a service-oriented Court Operations Associate to join the Mower County Court Administration Team. In this fast-paced and detail-oriented role, you will be responsible for processing cases and assisting court customers and justice partners in order to provide justice through a system that assures equal access for the fair and timely resolution of cases and controversies. The work location for this position is the Mower County Courthouse located at 202 2nd Ave NE, Suite 3, Austin, MN 55912. What You Will Do: The following are examples of major job duties expected of this position: Perform the full range of court operation work that may involve responsibility for a specific area of court case processing Perform a variety of advanced clerical functions and multiple case types Provide assistance to attorneys, parties, self-represented litigants, judges, and the public by responding to a variety of questions in-person, over the phone, by mail, and/or electronically Provide courtroom support by working with judges, court reporters, and other justice partners Review, enter, record, and update case information using an electronic cas...
