Description Objective: We are looking for a hardworking and friendly line cook to join our kitchen team at Oskar Blues Brewery. The job primarily operates out of our on-site food truck cooking pub style burgers and sandwiches. Behind the scenes, we have a large kitchen that we use for daily prep and private event catering preparation. Cooking experience required and customer service experience is a plus, as this is a partially customer facing job. Pay is hourly plus a share of total taproom tips. Essential Responsibilities: - Preparing menu items to serve to customers, with consistent and excellent quality. - Exceptional customer service in serving customers. - Prepping and clean-up of food items each shift. - Driving the food truck, as necessary, to events, festivals, and other off-site events. - Keeping the food truck organized, clean, and sanitary at all times. - Ensure safety is a top priority with continuous focus on safety in all tasks, and with the public. - Represent Oskar Blues Brewery and culture in a positive light when dealing with customers. - Accurate handling of cash and payments. - May be asked...
