Duties Include: · Prepare complex provider schedules for hospital and outpatient clinics. · Prepare on-call, Sutter Transfer Center, and eICU schedules. · Manage changes to the prepared schedule. · Manage physician requests for personal time off. Enter physician vacation and CME time into provider scheduling software, Lightning bolt. · Enter completed schedules into hospital scheduling programs such as Epic and Amion. · Ensure schedule changes are communicated to appropriate staff as they occur, including Clinic supervisors, PMA answering service, and hospital staff. · Assist with special projects as requested.
