As a Registered Dietitian with PACE, you’ll play a vital role on the interdisciplinary team, providing comprehensive nutrition assessments and developing personalized care plans that support each participant’s health and quality of life. Collaborating closely with medical, nursing, rehabilitation, and social services teams, you’ll address chronic conditions, functional challenges, and age-related nutrition needs—helping older adults thrive while maintaining dignity and independence.
