Position : Brand Manager Blueband Location : Amsterdam, NL: Hybrid: About the position: As Brand Manager you are part of the Marketing team reporting into the Head of Marketing NL. You'll join a very close and collaborative team that shares the brand-portfolio and activity plans. You will also work closely with the Sales and Category team. You will be driving brand performance using data-driven approach: monitoring brand performance vs KPIs together with return on investment of advertising and promotions and using these insights to make recommendations & anticipating threats/opportunities. You will be leveraging insights from market research, category and brand performance, market trends, consumer behavior, etc. to drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will work on brand plans creation & execution for Blue Band, with focus on outstanding activations that drive penetration for these key brands. Conception, coordination and execution of marketing activities (incl. campaigns, activation concepts) in accordance with Brand guidelines don't have any secrets for you.
