Location: Eyecare Associates of South Tulsa, Tulsa, OK WHAT WE OFFER: - Starting wage per hour based on previous experience and certification - 6.5 paid holidays per year - Accrued PTO - Benefit eligibility based on status to include medical, dental, STD, life insurance and 401k - Growth and wage increase through company paid certification program ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare patients for eye examinations by communicating the features and benefits of our preliminary testing procedures. - Perform all preliminary and any doctor requested tests on all patients. - Assist optometrist and ophthalmologist with patient procedures. - Coordinate patient scheduling and monitor patient flow throughout the office, properly communicating delays. - Prepare exam room by cleaning instruments and maintaining inventory of medications and supplies. - Provide a safe, clean, organized and inviting environment for both patients and staff. - Perform other duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by the office manager or team lead, and doctor(s).
