Meet or exceed Driver Performance targets on Speed Management, Product Handling Incidents, etc. - Review and plan daily route. Load truck with required product while adhering to all safety policies and procedures at loading site/bulk plant. Maintain strong working relationship with Dispatch team to constructively adjust and manage plan to build efficiencies into route and delivery order. - Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure truck is performing to required standards.
