Work Schedule: This is a full time position, scheduled Monday through Friday with core business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The role is hybrid, with a regular need to work onsite in Madison, WI to support organizational priorities. Off hours availability may be required. This role advances an integrated nursing professional development model that supports clinical excellence, innovation, nurse confidence, and strong retention. Lead nursing education specialists, the nationally accredited Nurse Residency Program, learning center nurses, and academic partnerships. Bring together education, professional development, and clinical practice into a cohesive strategy aligned with Magnet principles and academic medicine.
