Our newly redesigned Loews Miami Beach Hotel includes all-new touchpoints throughout the property. Welcome to a South Beach Icon, Reimagined. The purpose of this position is to support and assist Housekeeping and Laundry as assigned. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Maintain all linen rooms clean, stocked and organized according to linen needs - Provides Laundry Manager with inventory of linen rooms at 3pm daily - Notifies a manager promptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters of significance - Handle guest with excellent guest relation skills - Attend all departmental meetings as scheduled - Perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner - Is polite, friendly, and helpful Supportive Functions and Responsibilities: - Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times - Notifies appropriate individual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance - Is polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management and fellow employees - Executes emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards - Complies with required safety regulati...
