Requirements: Job Overview: The Senior Director of Student Accounts is a strategic leader focused on all aspects of student billing, collections, and customer service related to student financial accounts . Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Director is responsible for the overall management and direction of the Student Accounts Office, which includes billing, cashiering, payment plans, collections, refunds, and compliance with all federal, state, and university regulations related to student financial activity.
