This is a US based remote position with some travel required Overview: The Manager, Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) leads and develops a field-based Oncology Germline MSL team supporting Myriad’s oncology portfolio with a focus on hereditary cancer testing. This role provides strategic and operational leadership within Medical Affairs to ensure effective execution of scientific priorities and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings deep clinical and scientific expertise in oncology genetics, strong people leadership skills, and the ability to translate strategy into impactful field execution. Key Responsibilities: People Leadership: - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Oncology Germline MSLs, including performance management, hiring, onboarding, and scientific training. Medical Affairs Strategy: - Execute Medical Affairs Oncology Germline strategy through effective field leadership and alignment with Medical Affairs leadership. - Contribute to SOP development and performance metrics to drive consistency and impact.
