The Program Analyst is responsible for managing end‑to‑end operational performance for assigned internal customers. This role acts as the primary operational contact, ensuring flawless daily execution, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement across order management, fulfillment, logistics, and service levels. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, cross‑functional coordination, and a customer‑focused mindset. This is an onsite role in our Lewisville TX facility.
