The Administrative Claims Specialist is part of a team that provides operational and administrative support to Claims Representatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform Quality Assurance on daily automated processes and either resolve issues independently or escalate them to the appropriate teams. - Enter payment and claim information accurately into the Claims System. - Communicate with adverse insurance carriers to obtain pertinent information or report claims. - Manage the Repair Shop Portal and address inquiries or concerns from repair shops. - Create and manage rental reservations between rental vendors and customers. - Assist User Acceptance Testers by creating test claim data in test applications. - Work within a team environment to support all team members. - Multitask and prioritize assignments based on overall level of importance. - Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers through verbal and written communication. QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - 1-3 months related experience and/or training. - Basic personal computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products. - Ability to wor...
