We are also the exclusive distributor of Italy's finest Rio Mare, Lavazza and San Benedetto products in Canada. We are hiring a Production Associate at our Sofina plant in Belleville, ON. What do we offer: - Rate: $18.75 - Shift: Starts at 5:30am - Overtime opportunities - Full time Permanent Position Summary: The Production Associate prepares meat products by weighing, seasoning, vacuum sealing, and pressing pots. They ensure proper temperature monitoring, operate relevant equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Responsibilities: - Conduct pre-operation inspection and checklist for the work area - Deliver meat to the potting or stuffing table from the cooler - Weigh product injected ham accurately using the scaled provided - Add spices as per work order - Place product in pots and vacuum seal - Press pots to lock in pl...
