Department: 39110 Oshkosh - Home Health Aides Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 32 Schedule Details/Additional Information: - Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM - Schedule: Monday–Friday with one scheduled weekday off weekly - FTE: 0.6–0.8 (flexible based on candidate preference) - Weekends: None required This role covers patients throughout: Travel within this regional territory is expected; mileage reimbursement provided per organizational policy. - Oshkosh - Fox Cities - Ripon - Berlin - Wautoma - Fond du Lac (FDL) Pay Range: $20.80 - $31.20 Major Responsibilities: - Contributes to effective patient outcomes.
