Job Title Director, Institutional Research Agency: Texas A&M International University Department: Office of the Provost & VP for Academic Affairs Proposed Minimum Salary: Commensurate Job Location: Laredo, Texas Job Type: Staff Job Description: Job Summary: The Director of Institutional Research, under general direction, develops, manages, and coordinates Institutional Research operations. Collaborates with faculty and staff to compile, analyze, and report a wide range of institutional data, which includes institutional characteristics, enrollments, and student achievements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures that information is collected and official reports are produced in a timely manner to maintain compliance with Federal, State, System, and University reporting requirements. Oversees the design, development, and maintenance of online databases as well as the composite information system storing archival information for retrieval to enhance reporting.
