The Role: As a Career Coach , you will serve as a key learning and support resource for our Graduation Candidates (GCs), helping them master the academic and career-readiness skills necessary for graduation and post-secondary success. You will guide students through a competency-based blended curriculum while leading the development of Personalized Learning Plans and supporting them in achieving academic milestones, career goals, and college or workforce readiness.
