SUMMARY: At Magnolia, the Senior Financial Analyst serves as the primary finance business partner for an assigned business channel, owning the full FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting. The position delivers accurate, timely financial reporting and insights to support informed decision-making, identify risks and opportunities, and improve financial performance. The Senior Financial Analyst also contributes to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls by identifying opportunities and supporting analytical tools that strengthen future planning. This position works from Magnolia Headquarters in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Director of Finance and has no supervisory responsibilities.
