Description: JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a client and family-centred care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice, and the vision and values of the organization, this position is designated as the Clinical Resource Therapist specializing in advanced practice interventions from a respiratory therapy perspective. Provides advanced practice, complex case consultation, clinical guidance and education for Respiratory Therapists and multidisciplinary staff working at the designated site; analyses literature and trends, develops clinical practice guidelines and recommends changes to modify/change current clinical practices.
