POSITION SUMMARY: Zachry is seeking Work Face Planners’ on-site role, responsible for facilitating the scoping, creation, and management of Installation Work Packages (IWPs) throughout the project lifecycle. This position ensures that construction activities are planned and executed safely, efficiently, and productively by coordinating with Superintendents and integrating requirements across Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Safety, Quality, and Commissioning. The Work Face Planner supports Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) implementation and contributes to project reporting, constraint management, and schedule alignment. PRIMARY POSITION OBJECTIVE: To support the successful execution of construction work by developing and managing Installation Work Packages (IWPs) that are safe, efficient, and free of constraints.
