Role: The GCA acts as the primary interface between the business, its clients, and residents, ensuring exceptional service delivery in compliance with contract requirements. This role involves managing resident relationships, preventing and resolving gas service-related complaints, and ensuring all repairs, maintenance, and follow-up works are completed to high standards. The GCA will also support contract administration and quality assurance initiatives.
