Overview Job Summary The Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a team or department. This role involves managing workflow, ensuring quality and efficiency, providing guidance and support to team members, and maintaining adherence to safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in overseeing the safety culture and production of department - Position requires team members to follow production schedule - Effective communication with team members and manager - NOTE: this description is not intended to be all inclusive.
