Overview Shimmick is seeking a Safety Manager support our presence in the Los Angeles/Long Beach/San Pedro area. The Safety Manager supports the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s Safety & Health Program across heavy civil construction projects. This role requires a proven ability to work in high-risk, complex environments and to foster a strong safety culture through engagement, training, and field leadership.
