Summary We are seeking a skilled Operations Program Manager to support execution of a large federal operations and training support program. This role is central to day-to-day program health coordinating workforce operations, driving recruiting and personnel lifecycle activities, and ensuring compliant, efficient service delivery across all functional areas. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in federal program management paired with meaningful, hands-on experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or workforce management. This individual must be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, juggling competing priorities, and serving as a key operational partner to senior leadership. This position is contingent upon contract award.
