About the role We have a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Leader – Product Originations to join our Technology and Transformation team in a strategic role responsible for all the Lending, IDV and Enterprise Content Management platforms within the bank. This is a technical leadership role that manages Developers, Technical Leads and System Analysts. In this multi-faceted role you will also be responsible for identifying, establishing and implementing the delivery methodology, the skills, capacity (people and technology), vendors, budget and operating rhythm. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and capability uplift through coaching and succession planning. Own and drive the platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment to organisational objectives, measurable business outcomes, and long-term scalability.
