Job Description Reports into: Reliability Engineering Manager Role Summary: As the Reliability Engineering Lead in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, you will spearhead the development and execution of asset reliability strategies to ensure consistent high-quality production. Leveraging data driven maintenance practices and cross functional collaboration, you’ll lead efforts to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance and embed a culture of continuous improvement, all while upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Support with the implementation of the MRE Pillar for KHMS across the site. Fostering the reliability culture within the maintenance teams. - Facilitation and Implementation of root cause analysis (RCFA, IDA etc) and corrective action processes for equipment failures, driving long term solutions.
