Position Summary The Student Conservation Association (SCA) recruits thousands of program participants annually, in addition to hiring staff across the organization. The Recruiting Coordinator (Recruiter) is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for both seasonal program roles and staff positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to proactively plan for high-volume, recurring hiring needs and to ensure timely, effective recruitment outcomes. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and managing the recruitment process through offer and onboarding in collaboration with HR and compliance teams. This position reports to the Recruiting Partner and works collaboratively across recruiting and program teams to meet organizational hiring goals. This is a remote position with a salary range of $58,000–$60,000 annually .
