C.H. Robinson is looking for a Ocean Import Supervisor to join our team in Milan . In this role, you will lead a team of operations specialists and bring strong expertise in ocean import processes. As Supervisor, you will manage daily workflows, guide and coach your team, and step in hands‑on when needed to ensure smooth and accurate execution of ocean import tasks. You will help solve operational issues, support your team with complex cases, and make sure our services are compliant, reliable, and delivered with high quality from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, knows ocean import operations inside out, and is comfortable being both a leader and an active part of the daily work when needed. You will play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and supporting our partners with excellent service.
