What You’ll Do: · Perform routine HVAC maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics. · Identify equipment issues and recommend solutions and repairs. · Complete preventive maintenance on motors, belts, filters, drains, electrical controls, compressors, and refrigeration systems. · Inspect HVAC systems for safety, performance, and code compliance. · Document service work and maintain accurate records. · Order necessary parts and materials according to company guidelines. · Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls. · Deliver top-tier service while building strong customer relationships.
