Job Description: We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our GBS team, primarily supporting recruitment for both Coimbra and Lisbon. Responsibilities - your mission: Delivering the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, interviewing and final candidate selection. Design of and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business needs generate a talent pipeline using a variety of channels, social media, data mining, and x-ray searching. Providing consultative services on industry and market trends to the business. Conducting competency-based interviews with candidates at final interview and provide hiring recommendations to the business. Attending career events and other Employer Branding events.
