The 2027 Payments Settlements Graduate Program with the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is a two-year program that provides comprehensive training and development designed to kickstart your career. As a graduate in our Strategy & Analysis team, you will directly contribute to the ongoing development, improvement and future direction of RITS Australia’s high-value payments settlement system. Supporting this critical national infrastructure, our team supports the safe and efficient flow of money through the financial system and helps maintain confidence in Australia’s payments and financial system. The payments landscape is changing rapidly - shaped by emerging technologies, evolving industry needs for real-time payments, regulatory change and global developments. The RBA needs to evolve with that change and ensure its settlement infrastructure remains secure, resilient, efficient and fit for the future.
