Candid currently has an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to own the core platform that powers everything we build. This is a foundational role — the platform you steward underpins every Candid product, from our SaaS tools and APIs to data services and AI workflows. The Senior Product Manager will work with the Senior Director of Product Management to define and execute the platform roadmap, establish shared services that partner product teams depend on, and ensure Candid's technology foundation is scalable, reliable, and built for what comes next. This role sits at the intersection of product, infrastructure, data, and emerging technology. The Senior Product Manager will lead platform discovery, drive adoption of AI and automation, own the ecommerce and payment systems that power how customers purchase and access Candid's products, and shape the onboarding experience that sets users up for success from day one.
