Job Title Senior Finance Manager Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to support our healthcare account within our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division. Based in Melbourne, this role partners closely with the Senior Account Director and Head of Finance, leading a small team and driving the financial performance, governance, and strategic planning of a major national client contract. This is a key leadership role responsible for financial stewardship, operational partnership, and delivering high‑quality insights that support both Cushman & Wakefield objectives. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Monthly Reporting & Financial Governance: Deliver timely, accurate monthly financial reporting for healthcare and internal stakeholders. Monitor performance against financial KPIs and contract requirements. Lead monthly P&L reviews, including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis. Ensure high‑quality balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of aged items. Support operational teams to meet financial and non‑financial KPIs.
