Job title Hay Grade: 18: Job Type: Full-Time Permanent: Location: IB (International Baccalaureate®) The Hague Salary negotiable depending on experience: NL (HG17): EUR 99.951-124,939 annually A relocation package and work permit sponsoring will be offered by relocation to The Netherlands The Student Learning Design team leads the design of the IB’s blueprint (specifications) for student learning – ensuring that curriculum, assessment, well-being and personal development are integrated into a coherent future-ready and human-centred learning experience. The Knowledge/ Learning head leads the design of frameworks that define how learners grow, think, reason, and act across the IB continuum. The role integrates curriculum design with insights from well-being, learning science, and assessment to support meaningful, inclusive and future-ready learning. This role ensures that the design of student learning is evidence-informed, globally relevant and developmentally coherent, supporting the IB mission of human and planetary flourishing.
